Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time
Once dispatched, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs
Auto-Refill orders ship free, every time. One-time purchases are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on order size.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if your package is significantly overdue, contact us and we will help track it down.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we will do what we can to help.
